No Wasted Time

Last week’s blog was all about no wasted space. This week it is about no wasted time. Time is just as important as space to a bricks and mortar business owner, especially a fitness business owner. Make every effort to maximize space and time with your business. Space + Exercise + Intensity + Time = Results in this business. It just makes good business sense to provide the perfect “30” minute workout. As a fitness business owner, why not try 30 minutes instead of 60, or 90 if you can achieve the same level of customer satisfaction? It just makes sense. Why should a customer have to spend 60 or 90 minutes of her life working out when she can reap the same, or even more benefits in 30 minutes? I have experienced packed hot yoga studios with 50 people squeezed into a room for 90 minutes and it is not a good time. I began to think, “why do I have to do this? There has to be a faster way to get the results and to have a better workout experience!” Many of us simply do not have the luxury of time and even if we did, we want a better workout experience for sure. This is why I knew that the HOTWORX routine had to be based on a 30 minute workout. Given the right studio climate and the proper level of intensity, 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time for a workout. The type of heat is supremely important. Infrared heat is by far the best for workouts (we will save this topic for another blog post). Infrared heat ranging 120-125 degrees Fahrenheit is ideal when combined with isometrics for the perfect 30 minute workout.Save time! Don’t waste your time with 60 and 90 minute workouts if you can create the perfect 30 minute workout for your clients! Consider HOTWORX for your business.
