HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Lora and Troy Thompson, who were awarded a franchise license in the Milwaukee market and recently opened their Grafton, WI studio!
What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We love health and wellness. A friend of ours recommended HOTWORX as an awesome place to workout. He suggested we open one out here in Wisconsin. We tried the workout ourselves at the Milwaukee location and loved it!
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
The branding and support that the franchise offers
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
We loved it. I thought the workout was intense and I was drenched! Afterward, I felt extremely relaxed and my skin felt soft and smooth. It was something I'd never experienced before.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
We thought Teresa was outstanding. We never felt any pressure and she was very patient with all of our questions and concerns.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was a long day with lots of great info. Everyone was very professional. It was very helpful as an overview of everything we would need to know to make our business a success.
What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Go for it! Get in a studio and read the Hot Exercise book. You will be hooked!

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
We know people are going to change their health and overall wellness through HOTWORX in Wisconsin. We are excited to offer these fast and unique workouts.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We plan to open doors with 300+ members! We plan to engage with our community and learn the ropes of becoming new business owners.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
We have always wanted to own our own business to build up our retirement and be our own boss! This is a fun way to do it in a field we love that will create a positive impact on our community.
