What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Joanne and I have been contemplating a business venture for a while now and have been searching for the right opportunity. We are at the point of our lives where we would like to be on the other side of the business spectrum, be the boss/owners rather than the employee.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
Joanne and I do not have any business ownership experience. Considering the support system and business plan of a franchisor will alleviate some of our shortcomings in that regard. The peace of mind of having an expert that has our backs anytime we will need their assistance.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
We were amazed at how much we sweat with the workouts at a fraction of the time we normally spend at a traditional gym. No need to spend hours to get the benefit of a full workout.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process was very informative and explained very well by Ms. Patty. Breaking it down in modules and specific items per phone discussion made it more possible for us to follow and understand the business concept.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day, via virtual meeting, was a lot of fun having to meet all the executives and sharing their personal and professional backgrounds. It also gave us the opportunity to observe the layout of the business "engine" on how each department works in sync with each other. It solidifies the backbone support we are needing for.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
We'd say get on the phone and start your Discovery Process and ask all your questions. You will find out HOTWORX is a game changer in the fitness industry.
