At HOTWORX, we are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional fitness experience that meets your individual needs. We recognize that our studios are priced differently based on their location, especially in larger cities where the cost of living is elevated. As a result, some of our studios are classified as premium or elite locations.
Accessing Premium or Elite Studios
To enjoy a session at one of our premium or elite studios, simply schedule your visit through the HOTWORX Burn-Off app. Follow the prompts to complete the session fee payment. Please note that this fee grants you access exclusively to the studio where you’ve scheduled your session, valid only for that calendar day.

Accessing Our Studios: Important Tips
If you experience any other issues with studio access, please keep the following in mind:
- Account Issues: If your PIN or Mobile Pass doesn’t work, it may be due to an account balance or related issue. Contact your home studio for assistance during staffed hours.
- Technical Difficulties: If the entry system is malfunctioning, please report it immediately to your home studio.
- Temporary Closures: Check for any posted signage or social media updates regarding unexpected closures due to safety or maintenance issues.
