What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Jason has been manufacturing plants and delivering their P&L’s for the past 20+ years and Melissa as a nurse leading an organization in health and nutrition, it was time to deliver for ourselves. We both have a passion for fitness and we can always improve our health. We know HOTWORX is the perfect fit.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
Being first time business owners, we felt that HOTWORX has standard procedures, support and tools in place to succeed. The franchise’s proven process made this highly motivating for us to invest.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
Jason: Surprised with the intensity of the workout in the short amount of time, the available options of the sessions & the afterburn. I felt sore from the low impact workout for days!
Melissa: Freaking AMAZING!! Felt my fat just crying!!!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Working with Patricia was fantastic. She was very supportive, flexible, and there for us every step of the way. It felt like we were talking with a friend on each call/text/email. She was very compassionate and answered every question we had in detail. We would like to thank Patty for her consistency and patience with us! We are grateful for her getting us started on this journey.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was very entertaining and informative. We were impressed with the long working relationship of the Executive Team and their passion to succeed. We definitely felt supported and part of the team.

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
Being the first 24/7 fitness studio with the new concept of 3D Training and virtually instructed exercise using infrared to Columbia. To give members an option of a flexible schedule for More Workout in Less Time.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
Reaching 1,000 members and being the “HOTTEST” thing in town!
