What lead you to explore franchise opportunities?
I had been involved in New Vehicle Automobile franchises for many years and had an understanding of the concept. Doreen had just experienced Hoy Yoga and really enjoyed it. my research in infrared heat further solidified my interest.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
My first discussion was with Teresa after receiving a Facebook posting. I was interested in the concept; i.e. 30-minute workout, infrared, benefits/ simplicity of entry in the industry. I was a bit taken back. Much more was learned at Discovery. I realized just how much this company is in its infancy. The process was more involved than I expected. I took a few steps backward..... but am totally committed and love the opportunity.
What was it like meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team at Discovery Day?
I feel I found several "Coaches," especially in Steve. It appeared to be a total commitment on the Franchisor's side too.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Be ready for competition. Check out the real estate. Encourage more avenues for higher profit margins; especially in high real estate areas. $59 works well in lower-end markets but may not cover rent factors in higher rent area.

What goals do you have in bringing HOTWORX to your market?
Multiple salons. Increased margins. More product.
