What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We wanted to find a franchise concept/brand that we believed in and trusted to allow us to create an opportunity to work together in our own business.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
Conrad has worked in the franchise industry with a retailer based in Minneapolis/St. Paul for many years. Franchising does the initial "hard work," creating the brand, the systems and best practices. HOTWORX has proven success and rapid growth.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
Great concept, great brand, great looking studio....lots of great things and a lot of sweat.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
I am more familiar with Discovery Day all happening in one day vs over a period of 6 phone calls. It was a good experience, the spaced out time between calls allowed more time to think of questions but it also made the process take longer.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
It was nice to meet people "face to face" and the others going through the process with us. Orientation Day gave us added confidence in our decision to join the HOTWORX family.
What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Do your research and know what it is you want for the upcoming year, then three, five, ten years ahead. Call other franchisees! It was really helpful for us and their advice was much appreciated!

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
We're excited to be able to offer a fitness and health product that isn't available anywhere else. We think Infrared sauna workouts can bring many benefits above and beyond just exercise.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
Hit 700 members within the first year.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
HOTWORX allows us to go into business for ourselves, work in a field we are passionate about, and positively impact our community.
