How's Your Altitude?

Most athletes have experienced some form of training in higher altitudes than what might be normal for them. Each year I compare my level of conditioning to the previous year by how I perform on the ski slopes. I began skiing when I was 32. I’m 53 now and I can tell you that this year my level of cardio conditioning was by far the best that I have ever experienced on the slopes. I have to attribute this to hot exercise and I passionately recommend HOTWORX to every athlete who is looking for a way to break through a training plateau.I skied four days straight without even thinking about my cardio endurance. I never felt “winded” due to any strain on my cardio system. My thighs experienced the normal burning from time to time, but I never had to stop skiing due to being out of breath. Unlike prior years, I never even thought about breathing. When you combine a workout with infrared heat, you are adding another dimension to your training. This promotes added results from your workouts. Supplementing elements of infrared and heat forces your body to acclimate to an environment that is well beyond normal. I call this “‘Three Dimensional Training." There is simply no way to get this level of intensity when you train in normal environments or inside of an air-conditioned gym.Be on the look out for my first blog post of 2017 where I plan to give a full explanation of this “3-D Training” method…In the meantime, check your altitude, and power through the toxicity of this holiday season with more hot exercise.
