Infrared Workouts = More Work Productivity

Americans value hard work.  It pays (literally) to get more done while you are working!  You can greatly enhance your work quality and quantity within a specific amount of time if you practice a regular fitness routine, and an infrared fitness program can get you even more workout in less time!

“A habit of regular exercise will help keep you mentally sharper throughout your entire life. As you age, your body generates fewer and fewer brain cells (a process called neurogenesis). However, early research in mice suggests that exercise can help prevent this slowdown. In other words, by the time they reach their 50s, 60s, and 70s, people who exercise might have more brain cells than their more sedentary peers — giving them a major advantage in the workplace.”  (1)

The facts supporting the notion that fitness improves your productivity is overwhelming.  Study after study proves this time and again:

“The evidence is compelling. A modest exercise habit can help keep you sharper into old age, give you more energy to take on the day, and improve your mood. So stop making excuses, find a group of like-minded peers, and start exercising today!” (2)

“Physical exercise stimulates the development of new mitochondria within your cells, meaning that your body will be able to produce more ATP over time. That gives you more energy to exert yourself physically, but it also means more energy for your brain, boosting your mental output.” (3)

“Researchers expected that midday exercise would enhance mood. But the boosts in productivity surprised them, proving that workplace exercise programs benefit more than just the workers—they give companies more efficient employees who work better together. Health care costs can be expected to go down for employees who exercise regularly at work, resulting in fewer sick days, better attendance and more cooperation between co-workers.” (4)

Commitment to exercise will:  boost your alertness, help you to prevent illness, improve your mental health, and make you a more disciplined person.  All of these things together will make you a work machine!

There is nothing more satisfying than achieving career success and receiving praise from your peers for a job well done!!!

Note that alertness is one of the most important traits to have for work productivity.  Alertness leads to better focus, and there is nothing better than a mid-day workout, or lunchtime fitness routine to boost your workplace focus.  Alertness happens from workouts when more oxygen is supplied to the brain.  Give your brain a workout boost!

I am a member of a mid-day workout team of three.  In our small group we do a HOTWORX infrared workout at 11:30am almost every day of the work week.   This is usually a 30 minute isometric workout.  Some days we do a 15 minute hot HIIT workout inside the infrared sauna.  The boost in energy for the rest of the work day is incredible!  If your company does not offer this type of workout opportunity, request it now from your HR department.  Better productivity means higher revenues for your organization.

Do it for yourself too.  More productivity can get you higher commissions or a promotion, or both!  The only true form of job security is job performance…never forget that!

Try an infrared workout for better productivity in 2018.

Let’s have a healthy, happy new year!
