Infrared Sauna Training Wipes Out Holiday Stress

The Holiday Season is here!  I’m sure there will be plenty of cheer, but there will also be more stress.  We all should make a promise to ourselves not to overindulge this year.  Of course, that is easier said than done.  But if we make a conscious effort then I am sure we can all dodge the binge and stress train that is headed our way.

You can always do more than you think you can do, and we can all avoid losing hard fought fitness gains during the holidays and even make progress moving into the new year if we commit to at least three infrared sauna fitness sessions per week.

I recommend at least two 30 minute isometric sessions and one 15 minute HIIT session per week to get you through Thanksgiving and Christmas unscathed this year.

Infrared training inside of the patented HOTWORX fitness sauna can get you more results in less time so that you can spend more hours with family and friends for a less stressful holiday season this year.

More Workout in Less Time is the key to your holiday fitness success over stress!

Less time spent in the gym for better fitness results is a no-brainer, but what about getting more than just another workout from your workout?  With an infrared sauna workout environment you can benefit from heat therapy and from infrared light wave absorption for therapy as well to give you more during your workout time.

Heat therapy has been used since ancient times for detox and stress and most of us are well informed of this.  The benefits of heated workouts are well documented too, but what about infrared energy for stress management?  The application of infrared energy to a workout is still a fairly new concept.  The use of isometrics and HIIT training inside of an infrared sauna was developed by HOTWORX and then introduced to the marketplace in 2015.

When infrared light waves penetrate your body the vibrations make for a very positive interaction with your cells.  It creates accelerated detoxification.

Far infrared light waves trigger detox by interacting with the cell membranes and the intracellular and extracellular fluid to increase metabolism.  Experts believe that infrared energy also activates production of Norepinephrine as a hormone and as a neurotransmitter through increased circulation.

“Neurotransmitters are the chemicals that allow communication between cells. When you are stressed out, norepinephrine tells your body to prepare for it. It does not tell your body to chill out and ignore the situation; it makes you capable of meeting the daily challenges that you face throughout the day.” ¹

Infrared training can activate these dramatic changes in your body chemistry helping to rejuvenate you back to a de-stressed state of being.

Feel the good vibes, literally, from infrared training to ward off the blues this holiday season!
